Do not use this business even to perform a simple hearing aid cleaning.  The woman who works up front is very kind but does not know enough to clean hearing aids. She put the wrong parts on my hearing aids and had one part on backward so that I could no longer hear out of my previously working aid.  Her answer was the aid must have been broke and they could have it repaired at a cost of at least $200.  I contacted my non local audiologist and she was able to fix the mistake. My audiologist further noted that my hearing aids had not even been thoroughly cleaned.

My bad, they we're just after the money and did a horrible job. Sold me hearing aides that have been repair several times and sent out for full repair 2times. Then he sells his office and they are stuck..
He has a location in Longview. DO NOT GO TO SEE HIM. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM. HE IS A MAJOR TIP OFF. DANGER. THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY SEEM.
Reallyfolks totally understood what I needed. The owner has hearing aids so he really understands. Not just trying to sell you anything . they also have several brands so they can pick the best for you. If you have hearing issues, this is a must
