They came out and boarded up my home in the middle of the night. The fire department referred them and they actually showed up in about 45 minutes. Tarped my roof and boarded up my 4 or 5 windows. Thank you,

This company is the first line used by the owner Kevin to swoop in while you are vulnerable to use his "Heritage Restoration" business services.Please don't fall for it like I did. His company then proceeded to offer overcharge me thousands while taking twice as long to finish the job. Notice this same compay lost the franchise for the rest of the area. Kevin said this project would take 6 to 7 months and he was correct, it should have been done by then. It took 13 months. At 18 months after several requests I finally received the requested invoice total. It included charges Kevin said were included in the quote. It also included items I paid for. I purchased these items because Todd, his project manager, could never seem to find what I asked for at either Home Depot or Lowe's so I gave up and purchased them myself. When I asked for a credit for the cost of these items Kevin refused to do so. Then he put a lien on my house so I couldn't sell it without paying his extortion. This was after months of no work for a dispute with my bank and insurance company. Oh and he refused to honor both the coupon he provided OR the warranty. When I asked why he said this had been answered, it never was. PLEASE run don't walk away from this company.
