Some advice to those dealing with Dynamic Collectors Inc. if you were sent legal documents from this company, visit the court that the papers were filed and ask for the whole case history of everything Dynamic has filed on you. Dynamic will make claims they are not supposed to and skirt around every law that keeps places like them in check. Contact the State Attorney Generals office and submit a consumer complaint for dynamic collecting zombie debts and debts that are not legitimate. They have been doing this for years and the more the AG has on them, the easier to get them shut down. They kept sending court papers to an address they knew I hadnt lived at for a decade knowing I wouldnt get the papers and have an automatic judgement on my behalf. Yet they managed to know where I worked and was able to illegally get my wages garnished until I went to the court clerk and got the case history. They lied and claimed to have an extended judgement, which they did not. Took the legal route and got my money back from these thieves.

So back in January I filed for bankruptcy and yesterday February 25th was served papers for a lawsuit against me which is well after when I filed my bankruptcy which makes it illegal to even try to collect the debt. So I called them today to give them my Attorneys number and Irene started with trying to get mine and my wifes employment info and such and I didnt wanna give that info and said I filed for bankruptcy a while ago so she stopped real quick put me on hold and came back and said ok we have the papers we will take care of it. Sooooo what were you guys gonna do garnish my checks until when the first payment came out I would have contacted my attorney and busted you guys. Its crazy that you had notice but yet still went all the way through with file court papers against me. You guys are sketchy, and 90% of the time been rude and I mean disrespectfully rude. One of these times you guys are gonna mess up really badly and get sued and your doors closed. I should have gotten an attorney 10 years ago and sued you when you lied and misled me about a debt that you didnt have in your office just to get me to pay a debt but thats right your own attorney set you straight on that one and made you give me all my money back immediately. Like I said SKETCHY.
