        Went into Chehalis Boost Mobile this past Monday, July 19th 2021 and met an employee named Krista. She said she was a new employee but honestly, she rocked it and handled things like a champ. My girlfriend had gone into Boost 4 times before seeing Krista on her 5th trip to Boost. The issue was she had a phone she could not transfer information to (from her old phone). Krista not only figured out the problem that 4 other Boost employees before her couldn't figure out but she was charming and her bubbliness was refreshing and infectious. I give her Customer Service skills a 10/10. I wish I had better words to give her the glowing commendation she rightly deserves. I will be referring everyone to Boost and tell them to ask for Krista
