sorry you had a bad experinece...the problem arose when you requested we restamp a ring for you, which was not our product. when you left your rings for sizing and welding it would most likely be in good form for you to request that that be left in, then it would have been sized in welded differently to accomodate your requirements. the Jeweler did not feel comfortable doing what you were requesting as that was not our ring. and you were asking him to, in a sense guarantee that that ring was what you wanted it to say, 14Kt. that is the guarantee of the company that manufactured the ring. it made the jeweler very uncomfortable doing that, and he should have told you that at that moment. but as I stated before if that stamp was that important that should have been discussed when you left the ring 2 weeks prior for repairs
