I have lived here for a year and every time I have a problem with my apartment Chelsey (The Manager) is here to fix them. She is great to communicate with and always so welcoming when I walk in the door.

Both Taylor and Chelsea is amazing both very polite and welcoming as the moment you walk in the door, and ready to help soon as you come in with anything that you might have! They both have very professional customer service skills and definitely make the choice of wanting south creek apartments as the choice to be called home!

Honestly used to not love it but has been tremendously improving from the time i've lived there. My apt is modern and my neighbors are friendly. Amazing manager

*edit* Looking at all the positive reviews, those are employees of the company and their friends. That is what they resort to so they can push up the rating.
Recent changes to the apartments are terrible. The solid surface flooring doesn't have any sound insulation. This means that I can hear normal conversations of my neighbors upstairs. Managers are changed faster than my oil. The owners Cambridge Management don't care about the property other than the paycheck. Constant rent increase with no increase in property maintenance. The resident quality has really fallen too, but when the owners don't care why should they.
