Our door was damaged beyond being able to open it. Smart Doors responded timely and had everything fixed and working like new. Prices are fair. Would highly recommend!!!

I was contacted 30 min. Before my appointment to be told that the technician had vehicle problems and would need to reschedule. I was completely understanding of this. We rescheduled for 2 days later. He never showed up at our new scheduled time, nor would he answer my calls or texts or return voicemail asking if he still planned to make it out at some point today. Disappointing because I’ve now taken 2 mornings off work and the job still isn’t done. Poor communication overall and I wouldn’t recommend because of this. Time is important to us all, and a no call no show is completely wrong in my book.

I’ve seen first hand some of the doors installed by smart doors and they have all been a very professional job and left the customer happy. Always very professional and respectful to customers.

Matt did an amazing job installing my new garage door a few months ago. Was excellent to communicate with and was on time and did professional work. Very happy with furnished product and will be using him for all my garage door needs.
