    Update as of July 6th 2021 9months after the account closed. 9 months of being owed money that I still havent seen Where to begin. This is my second post regarding them as a business. Last summer we were fortunate enough to be able to pay the remainder of my car balance off in full. Around October after dealing with someone in their shop who was rude, I began the process of requesting a refund for my gap insurance. I hadnt heard anything in a while, so I decided to reach out to the insurance company. I was told that my account was officially closed out October 8th of 2020, and that my info was sent off to Jims auto so they could cut me a check. (This was now in November) I was told then that theyd misplaced my info, and asked if Id contact the company again, and ask them to resend it. Around December 7th, I got confirmation that it was sent again. I then spoke with someone from Jims Auto who confirmed it had just come through! He said his boss was out of town for the week but that if I called back next week, it would surely be sent. I did as I was told and still heard nothing. My last call was a week(or so) later. I was then told again that he thought his boss sent it, but would touch base and get back to me AGAIN. (This was the end of December) It is now April I have not received a check, or a follow up call like I was promised. Instead of calling, I messaged the business page to ask where my check was. I was met with a well since we hadnt heard from you, we assumed you got it. And a we sent it out in November Both of these statements are blatant lies. How could they have mailed a check in November, if they didnt have my info until December? I have proof of the date that my account ended, and I have proof that Im being lied to about money being sent to me, that was in fact never sent. I was also asked to, for a THIRD TIME, reach back out to the insurance company to have my info sent back over. I should not have to wait, or do any additional work. This situation is not my fault. I also pointed out that their records will indicate that no check has been cashed by me. So, sending me a new check (assuming they ever sent one in the first place) shouldnt be an issue. Guess what business page blocked me? For reaching out about money that is owed to me? Thats right. Jims auto did. Avoid this business at ALL COSTS. I wish Id done more research before even buying a car from them. They have reviews full of screenshots where their employees have harassed folks for leaving negative reviews even. Ive never in my life dealt with a company that is so unprofessional, and after working retail for 10 years, I KNOW how some customers can be. I spent months being patient though, and Im done. I know desperation sets in when you need a vehicle, but I am willing to offer up my help. I now know tons of car dealerships with people who are honest, and will get you into a good car for the same price as Jims. Please email me if you feel like coming to this business. Also. Check engine light for my car came on four days after buying

    BUYER BEWARE at Jims Auto Sales in Cashmere! They sold a 2009 Subaru Impreza to my son in the end of June. Yes we knew it was an older car with higher miles but thought it was a decent price, clean, and local so my 22 yo son was excited to finance his first car. Three weeks later... blown engine. Towed it to Anglers Auto where Ken Traikovich and his crew gave us the bad news. Probably never had the oil changed, metal shavings in oil and $4,000 to repair. I have called 3 times and left messages for the owner and his sketchy salesman, Todd, who sold us the car. No call back... The temporary paper tabs have expired when it was in the shop for 3 weeks. Take time out of my day to call DOL in Cashmere. The car lot has had his plates for 5 weeks. Not one call to let us know they were there or took the time and $1.15 to send them to us. Or even drive them 5 minutes to our house. Just talked to owner. Zero accountability on what he did or sold us. Got defensive and btw his name is Scott. There is no Jim... its his damn dog. Im disgusted by this business.
