Rainmaker Sprinklers

I called these guys simply because the previous owner of my house had used their services before. The receptionist, Karen always makes me feel that I'm causing them such inconvenience that I can't leave my house open to them all day because my wife and I work. They also refuse to give me any sort of appointment so if I happen to be working when their tech is driving by, then I have to wait weeks for the next time they can try and fit me in. I agree with Michael Weaver! I feel horrible after talking to Karen. I feel like I'm wasting her time and I'm such a bother. I can't get them to commit to any date. They just want to come when they want to come and they were supposed to come this week... did they? Nope! I'm quitting my services with them. If they don't want my business, then that's on them. Don't use them. Ridiculous and non-professional! Service: Irrigation system repair/maintenance
