Had previous work on a Toyota Tacoma done here and was super happy with everything. Quick turnaround, friendly staff and they had to do warranty work a year later and everything went smoothly. Been trying to get a hold of them to get more work done recently. I must have called 10-15 times in the last three weeks with no callback. They’ve picked up, taken my information and I’ve received nothing. I heard they changed management. If that’s the case I hope they figure their stuff out. I will try calling one last time next week and will update the review if anything changes. What a bummer man.

AT this point, I don't want to give them even one star! Back in July, we ordered some parts. In August, part of the order arrived. We emailed the company to ask what was going on with the rest of the order, but we got no reply. In September, having still not received the rest of the order, we emailed them again and explained the situation, but we still got no reply. It is now the end of October, and they still refuse to contact us. We sent them another email yesterday. We have been nothing but professional and polite with them! I don’t understand what their problem is. If we still don’t get a response from them, I will have to phone them. However, I have read on other review sites that they don’t even answer the phone. If this problem persists, I will have no choice but assume they have committed fraud and will have to report them to proper authorities.
