I have used auto Shipping group twice now for cross-country car shipping and have been pleased both times. The process is easy, the rates are affordable, car arrives on timely manner and without a scratch. Driver-client communication could be a little better, but overall a good experience.

He took the time to answer many questions i had, even though i was still dealing with a different broker (until i waited 1 month and horrible customer service from the other guy). Great service! I had my vehicle shipped from Norfolk to Washington. The staff kept me updated on the status of my vehicle during the entire process. I was very concerned about placing my car in the hands of others to be shipped across the country but would use this service again if I ever have to!
