I am a rideshare driver, and a passenger got into my car who had been shot. After taking him to the hospital, I had blood all over my backseat I called Bio Management Northwest and they came out and cleaned my backseat. It looks better than when I bought it new. Two stars because they were able to come out on a Sunday at a short notice but absolutely was not happy with the fact I paid over 4k and could visibly still see stains and marks everywhere. AT MOST it's bare minimum quality.

Bio Management Northwest has helped my family and me IMMENSELY. Last year, my estranged father had passed away in his home, and I had gotten that news from the coroners office. I had no clue where to start. Fortunately, my primary doctor recommended Bio Management Northwest. The companys owner, John, took matters into his own hands and made sure we were taken care of. He handled with the insurance company so that we werent scammed into getting less than what we were supposed to and were able to get the entire house decontaminated, cleaned, new carpets, painted and ready to sell. Not only were these things done, but also so much more detailing like getting the garage door fixed, fixing an entire bathroom and getting the air ducts cleaned out etc. Remember, the body of my father had been in the house for well over half a year, and it was an absolute mess with flies EVERYWHERE. John took care of the house within 2-3 months. Thank you is an understatement considering everything John had done for us. We sincerely appreciate everything you and your team have done for us. Landlords, this is your solution. Lee & Ashley did an unbelievable job. The occupant had been ill for quite some time so there was a lot of neglect. Youll be amazed at what these folks can do.
