Raisa and Jackie with Family Values were amazing. They treated our Grandmother with respect, dignity and were truly concerned with her care. My elderly mother was hospitalized in October 2019, and it became apparent that she needed more care than she was receiving. Suddenly, I needed to find a new place quickly. When I talked to the hospital social worker and explained the situation, she recommended Family Values. My stress level was very high, but I started to feel better as soon as I talked to Raisa and Jackie. They quickly went into action: they met my mom and me in the hospital to better understand her needs; they set up appointments to tour adult family homes; they then drove me to each home. One of the four places I visited was a great fit for mom, and they were helpful in navigating the process to actually get her moved in. It has been almost 2 years, and we are still very pleased with her placement. I am very grateful to Raisa and Jackie for their professionalism and expertise. They offer a great service and I highly recommend them.

I would 100% recommend Raisa and Jacqueline to anyone looking for help with finding a home for a loved one. Jacqueline was very kind and very understanding of our situation and did everything she could to make sure our needs were met ! My mother is now in a beautiful home in Vancouver and we would have never found it if it wasn't for them.
