Alan and Tasha are a phenomenal realtor team. They treated our pursuit of a home as if we were buying a multi-million dollar property. They listened attentively to our needs and desires, did extensive research to find the perfect fit, and were willing to aggressively pursue our interests at the drop of a hat. They were willing to share all of their knowledge of the market and the quality of every part of a house, and knew when/how to be competitive with offers. Their ethics as realtors are exemplary. I have zero complaints and they did a stellar job, not just with finding us a house but also making sure it would be a good investment and a good home.

Alan was a great real estate agent for us when purchasing our home. He advised us well on the offer we should make, and was a strong advocate for us with the selling agent. These factors led our offer (one of ten offers on the property) to be accepted. Alan was patient and willing to explain provisions in the PSA, and various aspects he observed in our home. I highly recommend Alan to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

The thing I liked most about working with Alan and Tasha is their unbiased and comprehensive feedback on the pros and cons of each home. This helped me with my decision-making in bidding appropriately and most importantly avoiding homes that didnt meet my requirements or had flaws. Additionally, I liked their personalized feedback/suggestions about the minutest of details, most of which were extremely important for me. They are very courteous, responsive and punctual; and were prompt in scheduling appointments.

We were considering selling our home for a long time, but decided to wait until we were sure we're ready to move from the Bothell area. Alan and Tasha went over the top in supplying us with a home assessment including comp's and other useful information to give us an idea of what to expect. When we pulled the trigger they were there to give us input on what repairs were needed prior to sale (based on their suggested pre-inspection), and provided a staging company along with our own furnishings to properly show the home. Alan provided his own photography services as well, they even took care of our yard when we left for a pre-planned vacation, another added bonus! During the sale they provided their experience and technical knowledge which resulted in the sale and closing of our home in a timely fashion. We appreciated their insights and know when the time comes for anyone considering selling, that they will provide the best service and ensure you get the most possible out of your home.
