Writing this on behalf my wife. We just moved into the neighborhood and she mentioned that she wanted to try a salon in the area. She came back home upset. I asked what happened and she explained: walked in for a fill. Was asked to pick a color. She told the lady that she was looking for a color in the brand OPI. The lady said that she didnt work with the brand OPI. My wife was confused because she was as seated in front of a walk that contained nothing but Nail polish from the brand of OPI. She didnt argue and said okay Im looking for a light pink. She suggested a color from a different brand and proceeded to paint one nail to demonstrate. My wife asked for something slightly lighter and she showed her a different pink. She decided to go with the first option and the lady started yelling at her saying I told you the first option was fine. And aggregately started to removed the polish from the one finger she painted. The lady moved her into another seat and had a second worker trim down her nails to shape and fill. From what my wife explained the drill that is used to shave down the nail has different settings and the Second Lady had it at the highest setting and burned her not onces but five times. The worked just said Beauty is Pain. My wife isnt a confrontational person and said it took all her will not to walk out. After the shaping was done she was moved again to a third lady that started the color process. At the end the worker asked her to put her hands under the blue light 5 fives which would be five minutes. My wife said she only did it three times (3 minutes) because her hands started to get dry. After she was done she wasnt given any lotion. Was charged $50 and sent on her way. She explained how dirty the place is. She will never be back. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

This was the worst most traumatic experience of my life. As a new mom I wanted to treat myself, but could not be worse experience. Did a walk in in for shellac. I have very fragile cuticles so I asked the lady to not use drill bit there. After that she started on a rant about me to entire salon, she still used the drillbit, once I even screamed in pain. I left without completing the service and still paid $30 for a lady saying bad things about me and yelling at me, I left in tears. I would recommend to take your business elsewhere. They were nice to other white ladies but the lady did not even give me a single smile and said I dont talk to my customers but was chatty with other customers. Such a horrible experience as a brown person. I was in tears when I left due to lady yelling at me around the salon and giving me dirty looks, all for asking to not use drill on my cuticles. Which are in pain too.

Made reservations a week in advance for a group of 5, which ended up being 4 as one did not make it. We were seated for pedicures and still had to wait around for 45min until anyone got started on us, our water had all gone cold. 2 people slipped and fell while we were there one employee and one customer because of various hazards around the unclean place (loose tiles, wet floors) they mentioned they were going to be moving and renovating, and also failed to mention until at the very end that they were cash only because their card system was down due to the move. So we had to go walk to an ATM and return to pay... very unprofessional and rude service. Pedicures were sub-par only one of us got lotion, tools and towels were re-used between clients and not sanitized at all. We noticed another client had fungal nails so imagine if we got their tools or towels... We did not tip and will never return.
