Took my iPhone here to have the screen repaired. I also bought a screen protector and a new clear case. While trying to put my phone in the case, I noticed that the top section was not securing as well as the bottom. The repair tech said it should be fine, so I went home. I noticed immediately that the repair screen was fairly unresponsive at times, more so than even the broken screen, but I work in an ER and didn't have the time to trek back out to Bothell when it worked okay more often than not. Today I dropped my phone in the sink and when I took off the case to towel dry the phone, I realized that the top section of the phone *WAS NEVER RE-SEALED*. That's probably why the touchscreen worked so poorly, but the open seal allowed water to get into my phone and damage the camera and microphone. I recall the technician rushing through my repair because he had not started on my phone when I returned to pick up. Apparently he forgot this important detail in the process, and now I have a phone that doesn't work as a result. To make matters worse, I have an extremely important call-in meeting in a couple of days, and no other phone to use.

6 stars yall are awesome. My phone ended up being a super simple fix and they did it for free. They could have charged me whatever they wanted but they are too kind for that. Would go back anytime.

I took my sons iPhone 7 to Apple today because it would not turn on or charge. Apple told me it was dead and I need to buy a new one phone. Stopped by One Hour and in less then 15 mins she had it up and running and working fine. She told me I probably was using a bad charging cable that caused the device to shut down. When I got home I looked at the cord and sure enough it was frayed. I asked her how much and she said NO CHARGE! I will definitely return and tell all my friends about this place! I will not trust what Apple tells me anymore!

Always good service. I have used them numerous times, and will always go them with problems with my phone.
