Farmers Insurance - John Reynolds

I have been using Farmers for Auto Insurance now for a number of years. I have primarily been dealing with Kadron, one of this offices representatives. He has been wonderful. Always really helpful, informative and supportive, especially when you have any issues with your vehicle coverage to resolve. I actually switched to Farmers Insurance from Geico... after someone hit my car, and they were with this Farmers office. The Farmers rep did such a great job of supporting me and covering the cost of my repairs, I changed to Farmers. Have not looked back.

Kadron was super helpful (and patient) in answering my questions as well as wrote up quotes very quickly! I really appreciate all of his help. Great to work with and great insurance agency!

Very responsive guys. If I need documents or change to insurance, I send them an email and process within a day. I keep Farmers insurance for 13 years and I am not going to change it. Kardon, one of office representative is very responsive, pleasure to deal with.
