        Phillips is a great place to work. my leader lead is the gretest. I would recommend employment for anyone look for a great company to work for.

        Theyll do better if they also have Blacks Managements..So black people can feel more comfortable working there. Those managers and supervisors thinks blacks are fit for doing the odd jobs like heavy lifting jobs, material handling, cleaning jobs, etc. .. while they create room for the tech professionals and more reasonable positions for Asian and Caucasian. I mean we all buy and use Philips products. The company is good but check your managers and supervisors intensively there are discriminations for black people. Even though they are qualified to do the job. Just from personal sad experience from philips health Bothell Washington. I was motivated by sad experience to go open my own company, and doing better now. Even though I never had the opportunity to be given a chance to the contribution and growth of the company.
