Clothes are cute and we enjoy them most times, we have purchased some oddly sized items before however. It takes about two weeks for the items to ship out and even begin to head your way. My biggest complaint for my last order I just made is that I ordered 3 outfits for my daughters one year photos-in plenty of time to avoid the slow Kate Quinn deliveries but one of my items became out of stock between ordering (because it takes so long to put the orders together?) but I find it ridiculous that I spend almost $150 on baby clothes and will now have to spend $6 in shipping if I want to replace the shirt/onesie to go with the pants/outfit I bought? I bought accessories and everything. You would think the least you could do for loyal and returning customers is offer free shipping to replace your out of stock timing issue.

I LOVE Kate Quinn clothes for my toddler! Ive been shopping since 2021 and I truly love the uniqueness of this brand. Everything feels one-of-a-kind, and the quality is fantastic. My only complaint is shipping time. I cant ever order for a designated event because shipping is really unpredictable and seems to always take at least a couple weeks. I feel that this could be better since the brand has been around for awhile now and has grown so much in the past few years. With all this being said, Ill continue to be a loyal customer because I think the clothes are worth waiting for!

If I could give negative review I would. It was my worst ever customer experience in my life. I was looking at website for swimsuits. Was putting in cart items to choose from. Unfortunately my phone had SHOP out fill info ( deleted now), I left room for min and my grandchild grab the phone and press to complete the order. The same min I send email what happened. No answer. Next morning wrote letter and begging them pls cancel order, dont waste resources and shipping cost. The Leah answered me that I can return items. But why waste time, money and just cancel it now??? This company has NO customer skills, heart or soul!!!!

By far my favorite place to buy my kid's clothes. They are so soft and last forever. And the prints are so fun that we reach for them over and over and over. And I love that everything is so gender neutral which makes them great for gifts and a great resource to find clothes for little boys that have some color!

I love their clothes but 2-3 weeks for shipping is insane especially when buying baby clothes and babies grow so fast. Im not sure if the clothes I recently purchased will still fit because of shipping speed so order a size bigger.
