    HORRIBLE experience with these guys. They will NOT respond to any urgent emails or calls. Over the last month, I have called for urgency in addressing standing water by our tanks. I've emailed, called every week and cannot get a response. My last resort is filing a complaint with King County. After spending 10's of thousands of dollars....I am floored at the lack of customer service. Incredibly disappointing. Buyer beware and save yourself the headache...just avoid this company.

    I don't typically write negative reviews. I like to look at the glass half full and sometimes people and service providers have a bad day. However, in this case, that is not the issue. We used Babbit for our new septic installation in Spring of 2018. As early as Fall of 2019 we were having issues, again, this time with a brand new septic! I called Babbit with no avail at contacting ANYONE who cared. The receptionist promised to have Mark call me and he never did. NW Septic came out and and realized the pipe leading from my tank to the drain field was off by a few inches and there was no fitting, so the affluent wasn't draining properly. Maybe it was ground settling, maybe it was a mistake, who knows!? This isn't the reason for my review. Called Babbit back to let them know and you'd be surprised, again, no return call. Fast forward to April of this already hellish year, my septic alarm starts going off frequently. And by frequently, I mean about once a month. THIS IS NOT NORMAL! So, I call them again. And if you've made it this far in the review you probably guessed it, Mark never returned my call. By May, I have NW Septic out again to pump my tank this time. In the beginning of October my alarm starts going off every 2 weeks-ish, to then every 9 days, and finally every week. NW Septic, again, returns to my house (11/11/2020) and (here's the kicker), they go to look up the online RME to find out what exactly was done. Oh ya, nothing was filed. Or, for some magical reason, nothing is on record. The only service calls you can see on the RME is the sale of our home and the pump visits. I last called Babbit on 11/7 without a return call. I'm just beyond frustrated that they literally took my money and ran. They received over $20,000 to install my system. Ya, you read that right, $20,000. It worked for the first year and I've had nothing but issues and what's most disappointing is their COMPLETE lack of care for their customers OR workmanship. Don't flush your money down the toilet, literally.
