Little Caesars Pizza

My mom placed an order for delivery. They completely delivered the incorrect order. Name on the pizza was someone elses. She called the restaurant. The guy was completely rude. Told her she was wrong. Hung up three times on her. They would not help or make it correct. Worse customer service. New owners are ridiculous.

This place used to be a joke. But management made changes and instead of hiring young teenagers still in school that would leave the phone off the hook on purpose, they hired an entirely new staff and instead of having issues like every other time I'd go there I've had no complaints since. Pizza is great, easy in and out, we go at least once a week and will continue going.

Today my Mother in law order stuffed crazy bread and when she went to pick it up she had noticed that they didn't get her order right. She politely went to bring up that her order was wrong and the guy at the register said that she was wrong and did not order the stuffed crazy bread rudely. He didn't even have the receipt to prove the order. So she left with not even getting her money back nor her food since her order was wrong. The service today was horrible. The guy was rude, condescending, and horrible customer service.

I was enjoying my pizza until I saw hair in it !!! Also when I came to pick up the pizza they had given me the incorrect pizza and wanted me to pay again for THEIR error!!

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. BIG SCAMMERS. HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Placed an order today and they delivered another person's order. I called and was hung up on twice. Called again said they would send me my Ordered and never received. I called again and they hung up as usual.
