I come here almost every single day to drop off packages and I love this place! Every staff is so sweet that I look forward to coming here! Thanks so much for being such a great spot

I have been a Canadian customer for many years. I came in today to pick up 2 packages from 2020 and was told they had been returned to sender. The lady I spoke to said there had been several attempts to contact me about this. This is not true. I have never received a phone call from Sunset Postal and I have also just checked through my emails. The only relevant emails I have received over the past two years are a renewal notice on the 23rd of October 2020, new mailbox pricing on 24th August 2021 and an email on 3rd November 2021 for Canadian customers advising of an expected rush on picking up packages during the short time the border was open. Each time I phoned and was told not to worry as my packages would be held for me. At no time did I receive any notification that my mailbox would be closed or my mail would be returned. I am extremely upset with your business and think it is disgusting what you have done. Put me down as a very disgruntled ex-customer

The state has a mask mandate and not only are most of the employees not wearing them but many customers as well. They have a mask mandate posted but does not follow therm. During my visit I mentioned the mandate and immediately was attacked verbally by a customer who I can only speculate is an anti-vaccination. The manager made a comment not to talk about the mandate. She was also NOT wearing a mask. One of the four employees was masked up. Obviously I will never come back to this establishment. If you do not care about mandates or being and staying healthy AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! the attitude there was horrid. I get being overworked and such, but to be so incredibly rude is unacceptable. As horrid as my experience was every single platform will get the same review. The one you have earned! Service used to be important but at this establishment is has been lost.
