I'm really dissappointed and dissatisfied. After there cleaning machine knocked a diamond out. They wanted me to pay for the diamond. After I pressed that it was not my fault they took it so they could replace the side diamond. I got my ring back and my ring is totally different. There's prongs on every diamond. Which took away the streamline brilliant look. They never asked me if they could could change my ring!!! They took it upon themselves to change my wedding ring and I can't stop staring at it. It looks dull and metally.I'm so upset! And right after I picked it up another diamond fell out! They ruined my ring!!! Zero Stars!!!! Don't take anything here!!

I wish I could rate it no stars, I bought a ring and I made sure to ask if my finger would turn green and I was assured it wouldnt. Day two, its turning green. Waste of time and money, I should have went else where. Thanks a lot.

We've been purchasing from Kay Jewlers since 2006, and my wife even before that. They have a great layaway plan and payment plans. They also have there own CC. Always very friendly. They have no problem cleaning our jewelry even if it's thing we bought Delaware.
