Randy and his team have been a real pleasure to work with. They are selling things for us on eBay with HUGE success. We drop items off at the shop, they list it on eBay and we check in every week or two to see how things are going. Great communication, extremely friendly and funny, and are very professional and knowledgeable. The pictures and descriptions of our items have been excellent! We are very pleased and highly recommend them for selling on the internet.

These are very difficult people to deal with, frequently unresponsive and when they do, it's "we'll have to get back to you." And then they don't. But they are Johnny-on-the-Spot when it comes to selling your stuff because you've left it there too long -- with no attempt on their part to tell you to come pick it up. Come on, how hard is a simple email? We've sold some things here, but have concluded their attitude and their business practices are not worth the hassle. And frankly, their attitude does not inspire trust. There are other ways to sell your stuff.

When you do your check in as a seller, make certain that you both ask for it to be documented and witness it! After being a long time good customer, both as a buyer and seller, recommending them to my friends, and having my son wrote up a school paper on the owners for career day, I was very disappointed to find out that my items had been sold to “cover costs” and would not be made available to me because I had allegedly failed to check in as required by contract. Even if that were true (which is was not), I should have been due a little extra considerations as such. After pointing out all of that and after a long, hostile, and unproductive exchange the owners refused to refund the very small amount of money and consequently squandered a very large amount of goodwill.
