Recently moved out but lived at Novare for over a year. I had a great experience renting here and would highly recommend it. Loved the views from my West facing studio. Building is well kept, nice rooftop lounge area, and gym too. As for management, Gina, Bev, Gwen and the whole management/maintenance team are some of the nicest people I've ever met. They were always available to help and responded to any maintenance requests quickly. Thank you so much for everything! You guys are the best!

Lived at Novare for a year as a gap year before buying my own place and what an incredible little gem it is. Would highly recommend a unit facing towards Fraser River as the views are just breathtaking, able to see all the bridges and a majority of downtown New West! Units are well sized for modern building standards and everything is very clean and well thought-out and organized! The one thing that blew me away the most about this place is the staff. They are simply the best! Incredibly friendly and easy going and always have a smile on their face and are willing to help out with any problem or concern you might have. Truly feels like a little family here. If your looking for a unit with breathtaking views, walking distance to everything and anything and probably one of the best managed buildings in the lower mainland then look no further than Novare :)

I have lived at Novare since 2018, and the experience I have always had with the staff has been fantastic, specially with Gina and Romel, those guys have always treated us like family. You can really tell this building stays in excellent shape because of the attention to detail and effort these guys dedicate to make sure all tenants feel comfortably at any corner. This building is my home and I love to see the staff taking as much care as I would to this place. If possible i would give them 6 stars!
