MOSAIC Children's Therapy Bellevue

Terrible terrible. Don’t call for anything because you won’t get a call back for weeks and weeks, and forget about the billing. Hahaha laughing joke this office. Not good when your dealing with your child’s well being.

Mike is my son O.T and he loves to see him every week. He is a careful listener, kind and compassionate with kids.. My son will certainly miss him on his vacations...

I took my son to Mosaic for OT, Speech and feeding therapy, the receptionists at the Bellevue location are amazing and very helpful but I was not impressed with the services provided to me, my insurance covered only about 75% which left me with a bill of over $600 for roughly 3 months of services 2 days a week!! I was surprised to get such a large bill as I was under the assumption my insurance covered all of these services, at least that’s what I was initially told. Some of the equipment is worn out but the staff (OT,Speech,Feeding) are all very friendly and prompt but I feel the therapy was not beneficial for my moderately autistic son. And it’s over priced $180 each for 45 min sessions with the OT, Speech and Feeding therapy and all they do is play. My sister and I went to our local library and checked out some behavioral books much cheaper lol! I will reconsider services as a last resort.
