We recently had the most horrible experience we've ever had. Everything we got from these crooks looked old and borderline rotten. The caviar was way too salty and runny. Not what their website showed at all. We ordered salmon, but got something that was clearly not salmon. Again, bait and switch. Nothing tasted at all decent. We tried calling them to find out what went wrong with our order. We got hung up on. All of our emails get ignored. If I don't have to pray to the porcelain gods tomorrow, I will be lucky. I got some bad food poisoning and I am still suffering from stomach aches and diarrhea. Absolutely disgusting seafood, horrible customer service, rude manners. Complete scam. Avoid at all costs.

I previously gave G.S. a five star review because the caviar and the sole were delicious. Then I made the rock fish dish for a homecoming celebration. It was absolutely putrid and extremely fishy tasting. None of my guests could stomach it. I had to quickly make omelets for dinner. I have eaten rock fish many times before and this was definitely inedible. I wrote 2 emails and called and left a lengthy message to G. S. I requested a refund for the 10 lbs. of rock fish that I had to dispose of. I have not received any response. It has been over 2 weeks. I purchased a huge order--over $500, and deserve better service than this. Also I wasted about $50 in other ingredients that went into the trash when the fish tasted so rancid. I did not want to post something negative, but you would not respond to me 3 times when I contacted you directly.

Placed a order on Tuesday for 10lbs of king crab for fathers day! Thursday comes around still no email or anything! sent a email and no response! I called and a gentleman said hello and I was like is this global seafood and his answer was yes. I asked him about my order and he said it will ship next Monday cause your in Florida. I said you knew I was in florida when the order was placed and paid for. so why did you system not say when it will ship or why I didn't get a email response. then I asked what it would cost me to get them overnight and he told me 170.00 dollars and I was like for 10 pounds? he said that's what the fedex charges. I called fedex and that's almost three times what the actual price is. So I would highly suggest doing your research.
