Yet, what truly sets Sea Star apart is not just its culinary prowess but also its impeccable service, embodied by none other than the remarkable Pedro. Pedro is more than a waiter; he's a maestro orchestrating a seamless dining experience. His attention to detail, coupled with an extensive knowledge of the menu, elevates the dining experience to new heights. His suggestions and offer of half a salad or soup rather than a full appetizer were all our party needed to add another course. Finally, Pedro's genuine warmth and politeness left a lasting impression, turning a meal into a cherished memory. However, no establishment is without its flaws, and Sea Star is no exception. The only downside is the noise level within the dining room, which at times can detract from the exchange at the table. Yet, this minor inconvenience pales in comparison to the culinary delights and exceptional service offered by Pedro.

Good restaurant that I have been to many times over the years. It is not a quiet atmosphere when busy. The food is decent but there are a lot of high end restaurants in Bellevue that for a similar price point, I prefer.

Although it was midweek it was surprisingly and incredibly crowded, I believe that overwhelmed the staff, service was much slower and spottier than usual although still extremely friendly and competent.
