        We specifically asked for our dog to not be shaved to the bone, we told them we wanted her to have hair on the ears and tail. Then when we saw our dog after the service they had completely shaved her and cut her hair right down to the skin. When we said that we weren't going pay full price for the terrible service that they had done to our dog twice now (promising the first time that it would never happen again). They told me that I had to pay and that "they completed the service." Well news flash, the service wasn't completed, you destroyed my dog, twice. In the dead of winter. They completely lacked any form of caring towards customer satisfaction and were beyond disrespectful. We ended up paying them because the small amount of money was worth more to them than being in any way apologetic. Avoid this place at all costs, it would be cheaper to just take an electric razor to your pooch (and it would probably look better too). Hope this helps anyone thinking about going to this place.

        We come to this place only to clip Nord's nails. First two times everything was fast and easy and Nord was absolutely happy to go there. And didn't want to leave :) However last time took longer, I heard Nord crying back there. Then they returned my puppy limping on his right front leg and advised to touch his legs more often... That was completely unexpected - Nord was willing to give his paws to anyone :) Not any more. And he is still limping. Be cautious.

        They always take good care of our Wheaton. Sometimes we wait a little too long before she gets a grooming, but they put in a little extra effort to de-tangle where most groomers take the easy way out and say she needs to be shaved. Sure we pay a little extra, but since it takes extra time it should. Will always continue to go back.
