I am a returned customer who wants to put lens on my frame this time. Ivan - the sales person is rude and too impatient to explain anything. he does not care about customer and customers frames at all. I submitted an order and then come back to cancel after 5 min. Do not want to do business with them again.

Worst customer service. I would give a 0 star if I could. Was waiting for glasses for 7 weeks (instead of 3, as agreed) and they put the wrong lenses that I not even able to wear.

I was running out of contacts and my eyes were feeling scratchy, so I figured it was time to set up an appointment with an optometrist.  Mind you, if there were an award for the least number scheduled visits to see any medical professional (doctor, dentist, optometrist), I would win it, so making an appointment was quite a momentous occasion for me.Sam's office is very clean and comfortable.  After a few short minutes, he was able to get me in to check my eyes, prescribe some medication to take care of the itchiness, and get me set up with a few sets of contacts to tide me over to when my bigger order would be delivered. Very pleased with his friendliness, efficiency, and effectiveness!

Dr. Minha is one of the most passionate doctors. Very streamlined eye exam process and it is great.
