Starting the pre qualifying process, followed the direction of creating an online profile, submitting the required documents, and a scheduled call to go over the information and further steps. Did not receive scheduled call. Hoping it was just a scheduling error, called, left voicemail to get an update. After a few more days, texted. Still no communication. I find this highly unprofessional; especially after submitting secure documents to the entity.
