Hands down the best family lawyer in Seattle!
I was extremely fortunate to find and hire Mr. Weintraub during the summer of 2020 to represent me in my divorce and custody case.
My case started in 2019. Unfortunately, I had an incompetent attorney from a large firm only concerned with billing me. As a result, I lost every hearing until I made the decision to hire Mr. Weintraub.
Since my first meeting with him, I started to feel very comfortable and that I am finally in good hands. He has the natural ability to make you feel comfortable and safe. He deescalates and resolves issues rather than prolongs and complicate them.
There are no words that I can use to thank Mr. Weintraub and his team for what they have done for me.
My gratitude is forever. I hope I will be able to thank you enough one day for getting me 50% custody of my little boy.

Bo and his staff were great. I was trying to finish an uncontested divorce on my own and couldnt figure out child support or much of anything else. The $400 I paid for uncontested paperwork from an online service was useless. We came up with a settlement after a few tries because there is a lot to agree on. His help was very important. He made a complicated process mentally manageable. Ive already recommend him to friends and hed be the first person I call for legal work.

I must preface my comments about Bo with the fact that my case was very complicated. I interviewed with at least 5 other attorneys, and none came up with his creative use of a trust to get a settlement. Hes very sharp and knows a lot of legal areas extremely well. He also had to battle against two belligerent attorneys and a team of wealth managers and shut them all down to get a settlement. I had full confidence in him throughout and very highly recommend his firm.

This was the second firm I hired and am very glad I did. Bo put together a settlement that I thought was very smart. I was pleasantly surprised to end up with a good settlement and avoiding a court battle with my ex. I highly recommend his firm.
