If you like poor billing practices and companies with poor morale then come here. The therapist seem unhappy and I kept getting insane charges hitting my bank. Felt like very little progress was made but lots of money spent.

I have never been a customer or patient of Lifestance health! However I receive text messages from them to someone named Grace on an almost weekly basis. Color me fed up.

So, it appears that in order to make an appointment with this organization,I would have to provide a Credit card number.  Kaiser Permanente has thrown their patients over to these people.  No one asks for my permission to be out sourced. MONEY MONEY and MORE MONEY!  Profit over Care!

This business should be ashamed. They claim they are a non-profit and their mission is to help with mental health, but that couldnt be further from the truth. They have caused me more mental anguish than I can even express. The place where I was receiving mental health services for 3 years got bought out by Lifestance in 2021. Ever since then, the entire place has been a disaster filled with miscommunication and billing issues for every patient. On multiple occasions, they have messed up my charges and then said oh it was a glitch, everyones account got messed up! or oh thats insurances fault, not ours (when it was clearly an error from Lifestances end) and then partially fix it, but still leave me with unexplained charges. The last time they did this was in October. They charged me $1,600 after not having a balance at all, and then said it was glitch and they would take it off. They then changed it to $300. Any time I try to contact a billing person to get some answers, I never get anywhere. I was just on hold for an hour with the billing department, never heard from a live person. This company is a scam, and all they are after is your money. I am making it my mission to prevent anyone from having to go through what I have for the last year and half. Please save yourselves the time and energy and go literally anywhere else.

LifeStance is horrible. I met with a provider from LifeStance a few times from Dec 2021 to March of 2022. They are billing me for copays from two years ago and will not provide proof of the alleged charges in writing. They have rude reps that call to collect balances without explaination, which is how I was given notice (not in writing). If you call corporate or the corporate billing department during normal business hours, the department line always says that it is closed. I have gone in person to speak to someone and the employees claim to be unable to assist. These are just some of my issues. They actually do worse things. Avoid this company if possible, its not worth the headache.
