Never stop making manual trucks Paccar. Not sure what future holds but still a lot of people like Eaton and obviously Cummins motor sorry about that. It would have been great if CAT motors made a comeback but Cummins is okay as well, I guess. You guys can keep automatic for your electric junk. Also, please let us know how to custom made a Peterbilt or Kenworth with like an analog cluster. Please make trucks as they are supposed to. Since companies have started making automatic/automated transmission, anyone can drive them and collisions have went up. Only right people should be in this industry.

trucks are one of the worst. I have had a very bad experience with their trucks. One truck ran only 11000 miles in 8-9 months because of the breakdowns. They refused to cover under warranty because it was over 3 months of the warranty but the truck has been in the their dealerships for past 5 months. their trucks are "piece of art". SO STAY AWAY. IT CAUSES YOU SO MUCH STRESS AND MONEY!!!!

I called recently to inquire about getting in touch with the marketing department, the receptionist was quickly annoyed and told me she needed a first and last name to direct my call. I asked where she would direct someone with a general inquiry and in the snottiest tone she said I would direct them to our website paccar.com and suggest they do some research. Wont be calling back again.

It sad when can't get truck in shop one y'all dealer been waiting over week get in shop .with truck misfire and less then only 266000 mile on 2020 truck need go back drawing board on mx13 epa 17 engine too many messing up.
