image 1. I have to spend several hours a week with customer service.
2. my internet speed constantly slow when I am suppposed to have unlimited high speed
3. your company has endagerered my life and safety. There are times I cant call out or text or use the internet, keeping me from being able to video conference my doctors at VA.
4. My time, health, and life are valuable. You have endangered my safety and life and wasted my time. Time is money. T mobile owes me 9800 dollars for hours of my time in December(consider your company fortunate I didn't bill you for June through November of 2023. T Mobile is now in default. Your defauult on this debt is now being reported to all 3 credit agencies. Your prompt attention is required before it is turned over to collections.

image I hope to be leaving your shitty customer service on the 3rd. For over half a year I have had to spend hours every week on the phone with customer service, I have a terminal illness. You bill of 9800.00 was due January 3, 2024 for wasting my time and endangering my life and safety. My children have been instructed to carry on with litigation against you after my death. Your default will now be reported to all credit agencies.

image I liked Sprint. I had them for years and always helpful when I had a problem. I had a hotspot I used anytime I was out with no Wifi. Perfect. They respected and adhered to my unlimited everything. Then T Mobile buys then out. First thing they did was take my Hotspot without notifying me. When I called they would give it back at a cost. I was not happy, so change carriers. I was under the understanding that they had agreed to keep service as we had it in order to do the buy out...not certain but read that somewhere. After I changed they took another month out. then a letter explaining this and that expense with a c redit of almost $42. I went with new company July 2023, and even though October is almost ending I still cannot get my refund. I get a statement each month showing the balance they owe, but they WILL NOT SEND MY REFUND. How many are they doing this to, as it is such an unethical practice. I busily tell everyone to steer clear of T Mobile, They are expensive, poor customer support, and you cannot get money back they owe you. I try to complain or file something each month to keep others from falling victim to this company.

image T-mobile is no longer the cool un-Carrier that kept me a satisfied customer for well over 17 years now after threatening to remove my autopay discount if I don't provide my bank account routing information versus using a credit card. As a small business owner myself - I sympathize that credit card processing company fee structures are out of control -- but if I want to accept card payments I'm forced to build those fees into the cost of doing business. But now T-mobile's infinite greed believes they can announce this change and give me 30 days notice or jack up my monthly bill - in my case by $15 per month - take it or leave it.
Normally I might be willing to consider helping a business out by using a direct bank source versus a credit card -- BUT LET'S NOT FORGET T-MOBILE HAS HAD MULTIPLE DATA SECURITY BREECHES -- multiple. My own personal data comprised not once but MULTIPLE TIMES.
So -- do I trust T-mobile with my bank account data?
NO!
