Care Patrol did an awesome job. I had to move my Aunt from a memory care facility across the Country to Seattle due to quality concerns there. Supervising the quality of care from across the Country, especially during the pandemic, was impossible. I called Diane and she and her team swung into action. Within hours of my call she was giving me the options of available care facilities in the areas I preferred. She was also negotiating to get Information from the place we were leaving to help her with the most appropriate placement. She organized my tours, and we found the perfect fit. I could not be happier with all of the assistance I got from Diane and Dave.

Diane came into our family’s life four years ago, when mom needed more assistance. After much thought, research, and conversations with Diane, I got pushback from some family. Diane worked with them as well, giving honest and well thought out ideas, and gave us much needed information, much of which we didn’t know to ask. We kept in contact over the years, and Diane was a great resource for questions I had, and was always easy to reach. This July, mom broke her hip, and it was finally time for full care. Again, Diane did her research (in very little time), and found three comparable places, knowing which one we would probably choose. Through the paperwork and the craziness of the summer Diane guided us through all of it, in an up front and honest manner and was always there to answer questions and give support. I can’t imagine going through this without her help or guidance. Her great sense of humor, honesty, and boldness make her a perfect fit for this work. She represents her families well and really showed us that she wanted the best for all of us!

Diane Lepsig was recommended to us after several unsuccessful attempts at finding a safe and caring place for my aunt and uncle who both suffer from advanced dementia. She was amazing! Her professionalism and responsiveness combined with her knowledge of alzheimer's and dementia were exactly what what we needed. Diane was caring, thoughtful and really listened to our needs. Diane was absolutely wonderful helping our family during a very difficult time finding the best adult family home for my father, who had advanced dementia. She was (and continues to be) there for us when we need her. I highly recommend Diane and Care Patrol.
