I want to thank the store manager and the corporate for providing the worst customer service in Bellevue area! I really recommend, Stacy, the sales associate to change her job since it seems like she really hates what she has been doing. She is professionally rude and doesn't really check their stock to see if they have the size that customer is looking for. She literally took 20 minutes of my time to order the wrong shirt for me while they had it in the store. She was just too tired to walk a couple of feet to the look for it.

I had the worse experience there, I purchased a jeans few days ago and I was in rush so I didn’t get time to try it on , I went home to wear it out and found out the jean is damaged, I came back to exchange the item and the sale person named Stacy she literally yelled at me and went over the return policy “ the item should have tags on Bla bla” I only worn it once fir 5mins and I noticed it’s damaged And all I asked for was an exchange but She didn’t do that for me it’s not my problem that they’re not responsible and they don’t check the items before selling them , I never seen a customer service like that in my entire , I would never return back to this store.
