EI has been around for 38 years—for good reason. One of the better-kept secrets in the consulting and team management spaces. Their Behavioral Styles framework has been very beneficial in helping me consider how I "land with people" and become more aware of how coworkers (and family members) orient differently in the world than me.

The Effectiveness Institute taught me important information about my own working style that has helped me immensely in my career. I learned wonderful strategies and ways of recognizing those who are different than I am and have been more successful in interacting with a wide variety of personalities as a result of the training that I received at The Effectiveness Institute. The facilitators are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and make the training fun, yet informative.

I am surprised to read the negative reviews. I have found my time at the Effectiveness Institute to be very worthwhile. I have increased my ability to understand why people do the things that they do, manage conflict with others, as well as become a better leader for my team. Overall the skills I've learned have dramatically improved my working relationships as well as my personal ones! The trainers are very skilled at what they do!

The Effectiveness Institute is an extraordinary organization that has excellent resources and training to provide companies with what they need - how to build trust and respect throughout the organization by understanding and focusing on individuals and teams. The faciliators of learning provide engaging and interactive experiences.
