        Shawn is great. She colored my hair exactly the way I wanted it and she was very sweet about it on top of it. All she had pictures of what colors I might want and what is exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend her for just anything shes really on the ball.

        The facial was good (a couple of things weren't great) but the location has seriously gone downhill. It's kind of dingy and doesn't have the plush Gene Juarez feel any more. Hard to get front counter staff to help me too.
