North Mason Dental Center

I contacted this firm 3 times to set up an appointment and left 3 messages. They did not return even one of my calls.  Apparently they are not interested in any new business.  Seems very unprofessional not to call back, even if they cannot accept new patients.

Just a note to say THANK YOU, Dr. Marshall, Charity, Michelle, and the whole staff, for taking such good care of my dental needs, and being truly concerned about my comfort. You turned what is usually a nervous and anxious experience into one that was easily tolerable and calming. Plus my follow-up visit was even better as I knew what to expect! And my husband sends his thanks too - as one who rarely ever visits a dentist, he is quite comfortable with you and your staff as well. THANK YOU!

I had a terrible experience here and it has caused serious fear of dentistry.  I was initially impressed with how the office was handled, everything was organized  and made me feel at ease. I was there to repair a filling and this was my first dental procedure with this Dr. Marshall. She gave me a topical numbing agent and once that was effective she began numbing me with a needle. Just as she was giving me a shot it hit my nerve in my upper face area. I felt terrible pain shoot up my face and I jumped as my eyes seemed to be bouncing all over the place. Her response was, "Has anyone ever told you that you have a reaction to epinephrine?" I replied "No", and she said "well you do, I'm going to note your chart". Then she told me they would not do the procedure that day, but to sit tight and relax for a bit. Both she and the assistant left me while I tried to relax, but I felt myself passing out. I tried to not panic and to breathe but I continued to begin to pass out. I had to call loudly for someone to come to my aid. Finally she returned and gave me oxygen and smelling salt. Once I returned home I started to think about what she had told me regarding having a reaction to epinephrine. I had been given it many times before without issue and since then I have not had any issues as well. I can only think that she was trying to cover her tracks, because I had certainly been stabbed in a nerve. Over the next 2 to 4 weeks I had drooping on that side of my face as well as bruising. I will never recommend her office.
