Food is tasty and well prepared every time, the attention to detail when making the coffee is what you hope for every time you order, the wine selection is a dream, every barista and server I've had so far is engagingly alert and beyond helpful, and the setting is incredibly comfortable- a mixture of cozy restaurant tables and even cozier coffee house style couches. I had been waiting anxiously for about a year to see what business would open up in the empty space that is just at the top of the Bainbridge Island ferry terminal parking entrance. Preparing to judge harshly the new business, as it is in the midst of some excellent restaurants around the island, I was very pleasantly surprised! What can I say is the worst part about the cafe? Nothing yet. I've been there so many times as it is next door neighbors with the ferry I use everyday, and I have yet to be disappointed. I recommend the dirty chai, which no- is not exactly on the menu, but one of the really bright baristas suggested I try it one day and now I'm hooked!

I had the best experience starting with the Barista making a delicious vanilla cappuccino, followed by the perfectly presented charcuterie board. Just when I thought I was done Happy hour came around and I can't say no to a dollar off draft beers and wine. I will be bringing in clients when I want to make them feel catered to and comfortable. Not only a great place to relax and kick back on the couch, but with the free fast wifi and accommodating staff I can concentrate and communicate.

This is a great restaurant with amazing food. They serve an array of fantastic fare, wine, beer, and of course, coffee. The staff was as good as the food, making sure we had everything we needed. It's unfortunate that more people don't visit this place and I wish I'd tried it sooner myself. My wife and I shared the veggie panini and a "The Bainbridge" board, loaded with cheese, fruit, and bread. As I mentioned before, the food was very good with good portions. We took a Bananas Foster pastry with us which was also delicious. It's located across from the Bainbridge Island terminal and I'll be stopping there more often on my way home.
