      Although we understand the frustration, at the agency level we made multiple attempts to reach out to you to make you aware and also to avoid this entirely. We have those contact attempts noted and time stamped. As well as the dates we sent letters to you as we tried sending out as another attempt to make contact. With that being said, you telling an employee to die and go kill themselves is completely out of line. The fact you did this multiple times to a human being because you were angry is inexcusable. After your call the employee called the owner crying and hyperventilating because of the hurt. We care deeply for our clients and our actions speak volumes to that. Ultimately, I am disappointed in your actions and wish you the best.
