Luke was very responsive to our call for help when our HVAC system failed during our recent cold spell. His empathy for my family as we sat in the coldness of my home and his professionalism as he educated me about the failure and possible solutions endeared him to me. Luke appeared to want the relationship more than just my business. He then worked in a professional manner to make a repair and allowed us to use his space heater as we awaited the arrival of our new HVAC system. It was a perfect installation. Luke is a rare blend of kindness and empathy and responsive, professional problem solver. He installed my AC / air filter and extended it when my son was born - during wild fires and pandemic protocols - safely, quickly and effectively. He also noticed and solved another stubborn issue and sorted that out! Can’t say enough good things.
