        Ordered basket of over $100 to be delivered the day of order--wasn't delivered. Called 2nd day--confirmed it would be delivered later on 2nd day Called 3rd day--owner texted back that basket was delivered 2nd day after 4 pm--NOT TRUE! Text number won't receive replies! Called 3rd day 2 more times--no answer, just music, and no opportunity to leave a message. The charge went through my bank but I did not receive a receipt. The Google Maps photo does NOT have this florist's name on the bldg. FEDERAL WAY FLORIST IS A SCAM!!!!!

        Very folksy, mom-n-pop feel. The family seems to really care about their customers and products. Kind of like an old-school deli, each flower arrangement is custom-made to fit your needs and just really nice to deal with real people family florist just like the old days, Will use again.!!!!
