Would give zero if possible. Absolute trash , several calls to tech support were not returned. I paid for a new $10,000 chiller and received a factory hack job of reject parts. Unit has failed 5 times in 2 months. Thankfully the company I hired to install has been able to repair the unit each time or rig it to function temporarily. Multiple controller failures through out unit. Most recent tech that came out showed me that the refrigerant is leaking from a poorly done braze job in several spots. He seemed to think that it was a damaged unit that was repaired and sent out as new. As a startup company the quality of my brand is being threatened and ability to produce product is in constant jeopardy because of the constant failures.
