Although this clinic changed locations to Tacoma, I was able to be seen in Tacoma. I have a small fear of dr. Offices and havent been in about 8-10 years. This place made me comfortable the whole time and helped me with my symptoms and I really think they care about the patients health and arent just trying to get your money. I forget my insurance card at home and it wasnt even a big deal. I just called them later with the info. This place is awesome and actually helped a lot with my fear of Dr. offices. She said I looked healthy and seemed healthy as I was leaving with actually was very reassuring.

I currently have a tube in my side for draining urine because of an upcoming surgery, and my doctor wants me to have the dressing changed regularly. None of the other local clinics I've tried (I'm looking at you Multicare) were willing to help, so rather than go to the ER again, I stopped by the clinic. The staff was friendly, very helpful, and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I'll definitely be back.

I called in to make an urgent care appointment for a possible fractured wrist. They asked me if I wanted to make an appointment the Next DAY?? HUH?
