I feel disrespected and humiliated, Found a young lady called Taylor,who definitely doesn't know what she is doing and upon trying to explain our need and her not understanding what she is saying ,she was very quick to say "there is Metro andAT&T you can go "...
I was in shock and asked her why she would even say that and we are members of T-Mobile...
She became defensive and aggressive i asked her of anyone else was working...she said the manager will be back in 20mins if we can wait.
We have waited for over 50mins no show of the said Manager.
I ended up calling T-Mobile and they said instead of the two phones I traded in...The said outlet(T-Mobile-Commons),put in the system buy one get one free which has affected my payment plan and credit...
I have no words for this outlet but ..this is not how business is done
