Rairdon's Nissan Of Auburn

I bought a Nissan kicks in 2018 brand new. A few days ago it lost power while I was driving it. I called Nissan of auburn, I gave them the vin # to check and see if there were any recalls or if it was under warranty. They said there’s no more warranty and said nothing about a recall. I took the car to Nissan of burien . And I was surprised to hear there was a recall and the car was fixed. Auburn never mentioned this recall. I will never do business with Nissan of auburn again.

I was greeted by Aaron , service advisor in the Auburn location and was very helpful . He checked me in right away. As i was checking in , i asked if they have a loaner car i can take for the day but unfortunately they do not have loaners anymore but then this young lady (jasmine) overheard our conversation as she was coming to start her shift and volunteered to drive me back home while I wait. I was told my car was gonna be done around 5 pm but then i got a call 2 hours earlier. I was explained what was done to my car and what else is needed . I just appreciate the customer service of both employees especially Jasmine who went above and beyond her work duties by volunteering to drive me home. thank you for your help!
