If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately, the wonderful accountant I have worked with for years was not available so based on a recommendation from a Real Estate agent I went to Ace Accounting. My regular accountant gave me advice to open a side business to get a larger (legal) refund. She advised me on what paperwork to keep and what to track, she has always been helpful. That said, last year I worked full time and had an online resell business. Sadly, I went to Angie at Ace and in our conversation, I thought I heard her say I would be getting a nice size refund which I was thrilled about. Apparently, I really misunderstood what she said because when I received my refund, it was literally pennies. What I got back doesn't even cover what I spent on the business so I am personally taking a loss of several thousand dollars, not to mention time I spent on the business. I guarantee if my regular accountant would have done my taxes it would have been a very different outcome. When I went back and looked at the paperwork I received from Angie I noticed several donation slips from donations I had made that she did not even add to my taxes!! This shows Angie does not care about her clients. Now I have to get legal advise to see if there is anyway to fix the mess that was made of my taxes. I do not recommend Angie or Ace Accounting.

Not one experience with a business even comes close to how bad my experience with Ace Accounting Services has been. The communication was consistently abysmal for the three years we worked with them. What was supposed to be a simple process ended up being drawn out for months. Do yourself a favor: There are a lot of accountants out there. Don't take a chance on this one.
