I had technician come out and charge $350 for doing nothing. He just said my drainfield needed jetted and I already told him that. Took day off and waited all day and they showed up at 330 in the afternoon. Didnt get quote for 5 days. Called another company up and they came out that day with scope to see where blockage was. They showed me a broken pipe and where to dig to fix. Very honest and reliable not like Tri County Septic rip off. Do not use this company. Services: Outdoor plumbing system repair, Sewer repair

I had a "tech" come out to inspect my septic system. He gave me a "it could be a problem with this or that" type answer and charged me 350 bucks. The problem is that I called them and said the same thing over the phone. I already knew where the problem could be. I was hoping for a more concrete answer and that wasn't given. The tech didn't even do much work. He literally picked up a small brick off the lid of the d-box, ran a hose into the box and turned on the water. I was basically robbed. I reached back out to them and explained this situation. I wanted to speak with an owner, but they still haven't gotten back to me. If anyone needs an inspection, go to Awesco. They charge about the same, but give you concrete answers and offer solutions on the spot.
